For the first time we will have two different coffee lots in our possession, from the same farm but with different process and name. Messina Ana Sora is the name of Israel Degfa’s farm, who we met in our trip to Ethiopia, is a second generation farmer and it is the second year in a row that we work with him. It is a new upcoming farm located in the Guji region, 1,900 to 2,300 meters above sea level. This is where the coffees we chose prosper next to each other, Messina natural & Ana sora washed. About Messina it is dried on African beds under shade for 10 days at the first time, and for 5-6 days for the second. Ana sora is washed on new station tanks for 36 hours and dried on african beds under shade for 2-3 days for the first time and for 10-12 days for the second.
